Shobiz Experience curated and executed the Skoda Dealers Meet – an on-ground event at the Grand Hyatt, Mumbai - on March 19, 2021. It was the first time Skoda’s dealer fraternity had come together with the Skoda management after the lockdown. The aim was to create an experience to set the tone for the India 2.0 programme that the Skoda VW entity had announced in 2019; despite the pandemic and the market woes, Skoda is ready to hit the market with new launches.

During the event, Skoda showcased its vehicle line-up for the year. From the pre-function area, stage set-up, to the incredible experience zone, every detail was strategically crafted by Shobiz keeping in mind the brand’s ethos, colours and audience.

Shobiz had won the multi-agency pitch for the entire event with the right messaging and wow factor that resonated well with the client. It was supported by the event company’s safety protocols that eliminated the ‘if’ from holding an on-ground event with rigorous safety structures in place. Beginning with a slew of messaging and eventually announcing the theme which encapsulated the business sentiment of the company that was conveyed to the dealer fraternity. A stage that spanned the entire length of the hall with three automated car reveals and a presentation package that was innovative and conversational was brought to the audience.

Right from cracking the brief, to getting the communication and event experience on-point, team Shobiz put together the physical event post pandemic by following all the required SOPs.
