Redmi India, a sub-brand of smartphone and smart TV brand Mi India, has just announced actor Sonu Sood -who became a real-life hero during the COVID-19 lockdown - as the brand ambassador for its Redmi 9 Power smartphone. This partnership is expected to further the brand’s existing campaign – ‘More Power to You’.

Redmi’s brand ethos is democratizing innovation and ensuring technology is available for everyone. In 2020, Sood won hearts for his exemplary work in supporting migrant workers and those in need.
