A Mumbai-Based Marketing Company Executes Mind-Boggling Décor for Navi Mumbai’s Grandest Mall

Inorbit Mall in Vashi, covering a massive area and housing hundreds of premium brands, was all set to securely throw their floors open to footfalls in a way that ruptures the distress caused by the pandemic. For a long time, people were hesitant to step out of their homes to shop or meet friends. So after months of captivity and lowered spirits, the mall wanted its customers to feel welcomed, elated, refreshed and mesmerised. 

For this, they decided to do a grand re-opening with décor that roared ROYAL.

With a vision as grand as theirs, they needed a trusted hand of weavers to do justice to it. And amongst all the pitches that swooped onto their desks, it was the pitch of a small, quirky, and youthful Mumbai-based start-up named Avliyaa Advertising and Marketing that grabbed their eyeballs.

"When we received a brief for the décor, we came up with a bunch of ideas that were glamourous and majestic. We didn’t just want customers to feel mesmerised, we wanted them to experience the royal life of yesteryear when they enter the mall. Our concept revolved around Indian royals and showcased the richness of Indian culture and heritage,” said Chaitali Topkar, Co-founder and Creative Head, Avliyaa. 

The ideation of the decor took a fortnight to get finalised. The 3D models went under the scanner thrice before receiving the green signal. The kingly chandelier in the main atrium, weighing over 800kgs, required dedicated efforts of 23 people for 24 hours to be assembled and installed using a chain pulley. 

Now, Inorbit Mall, Vashi, is all decked up by team Avliyaa and ready to welcome its visitors during the upcoming festivities with lots of elegant decoration, lighting, and sale.
