Fountainhead MKTG Executes Virtual Product Launch for Canon India from Two Locations

Fountainhead MKTG, a Dentsu Aegis Network company, planned and executed a virtual launch of Canon India's EOS R5 and EOS R6 cameras on 9th July, 2020. 

Previously, an on-ground multi-city event was planned across 9 cities for 300 audience size each (2700 PAX approx.) including influencers and industry professionals. 

The virtual event was captured from two different locations and merged seamlessly to mark the launch of Canon India’s two flagship full-frame mirrorless cameras and EOS R series accessories. 

“From devising a complete pre-promotion creative plan across all possible platforms to producing an end-to-end launch show, we stand united with Canon India and believe in turning every challenge into an opportunity. The communication plan of these new products also truly reflects our spirit towards the overall experience – BORN TO RULE,” said Pooja Sodhi, VP & Regional Head North, Fountainhead MKTG.

“Fountainhead MKTG could deliver a high-quality virtual launch event on time. This is despite of the very limited time we had from concept to execution,” said C Sukumaran, Director ICP & CSP Division, Canon India.

The launch was broadcast on the brand's YouTube channel and other social media platforms.
