Day-long multiple sessions are conducted every alternate Saturday of the month focusing on different aspects of wellness. Through the day, there are various training sessions held by celebrity trainers such as Diva Dhawan for Pilates, Ramona Arena hosts an in-depth Meditation workshop along with other well-known studios such as Sarva Yoga and Movement Sanctuary for different kinds of Yoga techniques. Additionally, Orion Marketing also brings along a guest trainer every week to conduct a new type of workout.
Talking about the initiative Sunny Sara, Director, Orion Marketing and Communications says, “Over the past decade, Orion has always worked closely with brands in space of mainly fashion, retail, real estate, automobile, sports and corporate. We help build marketing strategies and event concepts thereby connecting them to their target market. With the onset of the lockdown, we believe people were looking for being able to nurture their health physically but also mentally. We want to provide them with one platform that they can access multiple training by some of their favorites while also being a part of some very interesting mental health issues narrated by well-known personalities who have personal experience and can relate to. This holistic approach will be with you long after the lockdown starts opening up, as we get into work-life again and start adjusting to the ‘new normal’.”
