Perfexion Events Company planned and executed a beautiful wedding for Ruchir Dalmia, a Senior Blockchain Consultant at Deloitte and Aishwarya Gupta, daughter of Priti Rathi Gupta MD, Anand Rathi Group and Co-Producer of the Bollywood film Karwaan and granddaughter of Anand Rathi, the founder of Anand Rathi Financial Services Limited at the Golden City Jaisalmer at muti-venues like Suryagarh Palace, Hotel Marriott & Sam dunes that was witnessed by more than 450 guests from across the globe. The stunning decor for the wedding ceremonies was done by Seven Steps Weddings and was beautifully captured by Reels and Frame.

The wedding portrayed the true essence of Rajasthan beginning with the warm welcome by installing the Perfexion team Help desk with special permission from the Airport Authority of India. Architecturally pure and true to an ancient craft, the luxurious Suryagarh hotel executed the traditional Khamaghani welcome for the guests with tilak, nagadas, rose petal shower, folk dancers, and a varied display of camels. Every room was presented with exceptionally personally customized hampers and gifts done by Core Designs - Izhar.

The celebrations were termed as “ROYAL SPLENDOUR OF RAJASTHAN“ where every event displayed varied characteristics of different cities of Rajasthan like Jodhpur, Udaipur, Ranthambhore, Pushkar, and Jaipur. Perfexion Events Company endeavored to showcase this with a detailed décor ( including fabrics, flowers, installations), extravagant food styling, style guide distributed, and communicated to the guest - via wedding card, timely SMSs, and app reminders.

The wedding celebrations started with the welcome dinner in the evening with a scintillating Qawali setup which was designed with royal shamianas and special low sitting at Celebration gardens of Hotel Suryagarh in Nawabi style. All the guests were given Ajmeri caps & Sufi rummal bought for this special occasion. And finally the mood was set right by the Nizami Brothers that captivated the crowd with their soulful music till late evening.

The next day, ceremonies started off with auspicious Kalash yatra and Poojan which was followed by a cozy Blue city- Jodhpur themed lunch. With a nice ceiling setup of blue strings in the central courtyard of Suryagarh , linens and cutlery took a cue from the famous mural painting of the blue city, it all seemed like the perfect desired setting.

The evening was spectacular with its unique location of the Sam Dunes. This unparalleled venue was planned over two weeks' time only due to its nature of changing course and the production was executed by 250+ labor working continuously for 4 days & nights covering an area of around 1 lakh sq. Meters. The event kicked off with a traditional welcome by Langa Kalbelias singers & dancers at the main entry followed by Hi-tea and activities like kite-flying and euphonious tunes of Swaarag Band. The dusk was a catchall of some melodious tunes complemented by Sheesha by La-Guftugu which kept the shenanigans grooving until midnight enjoying the Bar managed by The Bar Tenders, Mumbai.

The next day afternoon was a bash of colors, pomp, and grandeur with the theme as ‘Pushkar Mela’ arranged in the courtyard of Marriott which had elements distinctly favored for the Mehendi event. The setup was created with kaleidoscopic and vibrant props like live puppet & Nagadas installations at the entrance gate of Hotel Marriott. The mood was set right with the high notes of Mame Khan’s classical folk music and some tit-bits arranged around – pagadis, bangles, jutis, bajubands, etc to keep the guests enthralled throughout.

Taking a cue from the Sheesh Mahal of Udaipur, the evening was lit - a myriad of reflective glass and mirror adorned the lake gardens of Suryagarh. The candlelit tables were laid out with lavish glassware, Thikri work was executed on the stage floor and bar counter, silver shamadans, 800 kg glass Chandelier on the main stage with hanging LED’s both side were the few elements of the exuberant layout.

A grand Ranthambhore themed luncheon was executed by Perfexion Events Company, the lavish preparations laid out with raw and rustic barn deco around. Wooden table benches were stacked with elaborate potpourri and travel accessories. It had the guests dressed up in poaching attires. Everything around seemed like a picture out of one of those colonial afternoons at the sanctuary. The open Jeep photo booth was a big attraction. The highlight of the entire afternoon was a bilingual mash-up performance by famous singer Ms. Rajnigandha Shekawat with her band.

The wedding started with the Baarat assembly at the entrance of Suryagarh main gate that moved towards the porch of the hotel which had milni where the beautiful varmala was performed on the acrylic platform made on the water body of the Suryagarh hotel. The bride and groom were then led to the bawadi where Musical Pheras was conducted by the renowned “Hiral Kamani Garg” along with 21 Pushkar pandits who accompanied her.

The reception started off with mind-blowing fireworks of 2 mins as the couple walked down the stairs of the venue. Bryden and Parth took the party going until wee hours and formally meet and greet started. The most important attraction of this wedding was, Perfexion Events Company creating three restaurants viz Indian accent, tbsp (tablespoon), Yum Yum Cha with the same décor theme of their brands, same menu as they serve at their respective restaurants. A Moon installation at one corner was an attraction to many guests.

Anil Bohra, Founder and Ashish Bohra, director, Perfexion Events said, "planning and organizing a wedding of this minute detailing was a challenging task for us. The intricate details of every event led to its success. I think each event was one of a kind since it depicted different cities of Rajasthan. Over these 7 months of planning and meetings with the Guptas all across India, we became like a family and worked on all their requirements minutely. Since Anand Rathi group being headed by mere professionals, the working and execution had to be at par. We Would also like to thank all our associates, vendors who worked tirelessly in the freezing cold of Jaisalmer."

The wedding was conducted at Golden City Jaisalmer that was witnessed by more than 450 guests from across the globe at multi-venues Suryagarh Palace, Hotel Marriott & Sam dunes.
