Music Plus & RED FM Successfully Conducts 'RISE INDIA Awards' to Honour COVID-19 Crusaders

93.5 RED FM and Music Plus have successfully curated 3 episodes of ‘Rise India Awards’ where many COVID crusaders from different walks of life were felicitated. While the whole world is reeling under the crisis of COVID-19 outbreak, these warriors are leaving no stone unturned to do their bit in their own capacity.

‘Rise India Awards’ celebrates the heroes who have stepped up to fight the virus and are keeping us safe, during this pandemic. Right from health workers, doctors, police, armed forces, celebrities, influencers to common people, anyone can either self-nominate or nominate someone who is doing notable work in this life-threatening hour.

1st episode on May 8th 2020 had a virtual awards ceremony that had Indian artists interacting and performing from their houses with these Corona crusaders. The first episode featured popular musicians and composers like Amit Trivedi, Shankar Mahadevan, Siddharth Mahadevan, Shivam Mahadevan, Rekha Bhardwaj, Asees Kaur, and Neeti Mohan.

The second episode was conducted on May 15th, 2020, with artists like Dhvani Bhanushali, Jubin Nautiyal, Shaan, Tulsi Kumar, and Yo Yo Honey Singh joining on the Rise India Awards, at 8 PM. The corona crusaders shared their inspirational stories with the artists.

Vishal Dadlani, Papon, Sunil Grover, Mohammed Irfan, and Harshdeep Kaur honored India’s COVID Warriors, on the third episode of The Rise India Awards conducted in May 22nd, 2020 at 8 Pm. All the episodes are streamed on RED FM’s Facebook and YouTube handles, the host platforms are encouraging people to nominate their COVID crusaders through the RED FM India application.
