Emerald Events Executes a Royal Wedding for Ankit & Ritu in Kolkata

Ankit and Ritu’s wedding, a day of a dreamy affair was perfectly planned and executed by Emeralds Events. The beautiful wedding was conducted on March 13th and 14th 2020 at multiple venues in Kolkata.

The Mehendi Ceremony was on March 13th at ITC Sonar, EP lawn with a stunning butterfly theme. Fresh and organic floral arrangements in a lively color palette with the perfect blend of Bohemian elements like rustic canopies and dreamcatcher hangings set the mood just right for a morning soireè!

After a vibrant Mehendi Ceremony in the morning, Bollywood Night was held at ITC Royal Bengal, Bengal State Room with the purpose of getting everyone drenched in the celebratory mode. A Swarovski tree at the entrance, the huge crystal flower installation, a large dance floor with the right amount of bolly feel, classy chandeliers, royal seating arrangements had everyone smitten! To add to the glam night was singer Sukhbir Singh who got everyone grooving, and the beautiful dance dedication from the bride to her family and the love of her life.

Aesthetically refurbished with all the contemporary comforts, Ankit and Ritu's 'Jaipur Blue Pottery' themed Telbaan and Day Sangeet on March 14h at ITC Sonar, Sunderbands was a feast for the eyes perfectly executed by Emerald Events. Hand-painted installations, cascading tassels, umbrellas, vases, mandalas, with motif printed drapes and cushions together made for the most striking details.

The wedding was conducted on March 14th at PC Chandra Lawns with the Regal and Royal theme. Emerald Events set up a mesmerizing mandap with cascading flowers and the dainty waterbody! The grand couple entry, the bride made her entry on a boat and the groom got the royal welcome with all things lit up in tones of red and golden and the entire venue stunningly adorned in traditional elements.
