Event Crafter strongly believes that ‘there isn’t any past, there won’t be a tomorrow, all we have is today and we shall live it to the fullest’ and therefore rejuvenates the meaning of events by launching MEC – Micro by Event Crafter.
MEC, a new vertical of Event Crafter, is the solution to a lot of customers who have weddings in the family and landmark celebrations which they still like to go ahead within accordance to compliance and lesser size. This vertical will provide end to end service from obtaining permissions from various authorities to ensuring a stringent SOP's of working and providing relatively safer events to clients.
MEC intends to celebrate events in the same way people have thought and planned for but only with their close family and friends now. Aesthetics of these events will be planned in a minimal yet very contemporary way. They believe no matter how big or small the celebration is, it has to be special and no detail should be considered less.
A well trained and equipped team of professionals, having a complete understanding of the current situation, having their own SOP’s in hand ensures safety as a prime concern. MEC brings all the safety solutions needed for any events at one's doorstep.
A micro wedding is any ceremony and/or reception with only family and closed ones while containing all the elements of a traditional wedding. A micro wedding is a cross between an elopement and a big, traditional wedding and it might just be the perfect compromise to suit the couple's style.
Micro celebrations are for people who want to really focus and spend the majority of their budget on the smaller details and experiences, which might come as a challenge while planning for larger gatherings. While a micro wedding can save money, many couples are turning it into a macro experience by making their weddings a reflection of their personalities rather than making it a complex puzzle to satisfy the society norms.

Siddhartha Chaturvedi, Founder, and CEO, Event Crafter said “We have always believed in the power of community, creativity, curiosity, and courage while crafting celebration. We look out to craft something beautiful out of everything and anything we see, in any given time to be followed. We launched our wedding management vertical ‘Weddings by Event Crafter’ 18 months back and have done some amazing work in the space in the last year or so. While doing weddings too, we have believed in delivering sustainable, minimal waste and intimate experiences combined with some great aesthetics. Micro weddings and micro celebrations are the need of the hour and in these times when we have to get on with our lives living along COVID, it is only wiser to take help of trusted professionals like us to ensure safety and still display aesthetics which the couple or the family wishes to display for the most important and joyous day of their lives.
This vertical will provide end to end service from obtaining permissions from various authorities to ensuring a stringent SOP's of working and providing relatively safer events to clients.
