XP&D Dome NSCI TEDxGateway

XP&D - an experiential and digital platform organized the TedXGateway 2020 - India’s largest ideas platform, a gateway to fresh and new perspectives and innovations. Over the years, TEDxGateway has grown to attract 5000 attendees with global thought leaders as speakers. The event was conducted with 5000 attendees at Dome, NSCI.

XP&D used a 3 dimensionally mapped stage and dynamic content projection onto a 100ft backdrop while 3D minimalistic shapes and symbols brought the content alive from different perspectives. This made the projection bigger than before (25’ tall) and allowed speakers to showcase their ideas on a larger than life canvas. The event was conducted with 5000 attendees at Dome, NSCI.

Ria Agnihotri, Managing Partner, XP&D said, “We worked with each speaker individually and guided them to ensure that their ideas were communicated in the best way possible. Despite having 12 days at hand, our responsibility was to not only manage and execute the event but also that the integrity, protocol and scale of the event remain intact. We reached out to our partners who are veterans in the business of fabrication, technicals & planning to deliver nothing but the best.”

Shubham Shukla, Business Partner, XP&D, “Crafting experiences for these thought leaders and matching expectations of the audience, many of whom are repeat attendees, is not an easy task. XP&D needed to be innovative with each presentation while maintaining the international format that TED talks are renowned for. “

XP&D partnered with RK Productions for Event Production, Audio Dimensions & Sound.com as Sound Partners, Dynamix Media as Video Partner, Modern Stage & E2 Tech for Lighting Solutions, Sudhir Kaushik as Director & DOP, Blank Art for Event Coverage Partners and Elite show works for Set & Fabrication.
