Rise in Partners
Over the last 5 years, EPEX has witnessed growth from 25 to over 80 partners. Through the steady growth of the platform, partnerships with destinations like Vienna, Barcelona, Zagreb, Dubrovnik, Italy, Dubai, Oman, Israel, Hong Kong and hospitality brands like Pullman, Andaz, Accor, and Taj have stayed consistent through majority years of EPEX’s 5 year journey.
Pre-Scheduled Meetings based on In-depth Profiling
The format of Pre-Scheduled meetings allows the partners and buyers to make efficient use and an essential connection of a 15-minute slot, to maximise the numbers of introductions partners can achieve from the show. With the introduction of the EPEX.live meetings software in 2018, buyer and partners are showcased through detailed profiles thereby enabling precise match-making during the scheduling of appointments.
Increase in Hosted Buyers
The size of Hosted Buyers and pre-profiled professionals has also increased at a steady pace, to over 300 buyers including India’s leading Corporate Decision-makers, top Association Representatives, MICE Planners, Destination Wedding Planners, Event Company owners and influencers. In 2019, EPEX had a very successful run with a wide variety of attendees, including 320 Hosted Buyer.
Systematic Execution for Better Operation
Both hosted buyers team and exhibitor teams extend servicing on-ground during the show to ensure maximum output from meetings in a timely manner. EPEX is pivoted on the precision of its hospitality and on-ground execution which has enhanced over the years lending a superior brand positioning for EPEX amongst buyers and sellers alike. EPEX’s co-location with Asia’a larger Event Platform: WOW Awards Asia, has also lent strongly to unmatched networking opportunities and access to knowledge-exchange sessions.
Effective Strategic Tie-ups
Since its 2017 edition, EPEX has strengthened strategic tie-ups with global hospitality brands for corporate hosted buyer engagement. With a focus on planners that have booked outbound M.I.C.E. programs in the year gone by with top hospitality groups like the Hyatt, Marriott, Taj, a co-engagement of newer potential buyers is an on-going process at EPEX.
The 5th year anniversary edition of EPEX is also expected to be sold out, with opportunities for 70 tourism, hospitality, DMC and attraction brands from across the globe to partner and to meet the 350 hosted buyers that are being profiled to attend the show.
