Auto Expo, the biggest extravaganza and representation of India’s automotive industry, is slated to kick-start the excitement in a few days. Auto Expo - The Motor Show 2020 is scheduled to be organized from February 7th-12th 2020 at the India Expo Mart in Greater Noida. The inauguration ceremony of Auto Expo 2020 will be held on February 6th, 2020 at India Expo Mart in Greater Noida.

Auto Expo – The Motor Show 2020 and Components Show, is jointly organized by the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM), Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA) and Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).

The Expo like every year, with its grand launches and massive displays and activations, has led to big business for agencies in the experiential marketing industry. This is in addition to the pre-expo launches and activations that have already got the capital buzzing. 

Here’s a list of event planners (who will manage what) at the Auto Expo 2020 - 

Wizcraft International as we hear will manage Renault and will design, fabricate, manage and execute Piaggio at the Expo. 

XP&D - An Experiential and Digital Platform will manage the Kia Motors and Hyundai displays at the Auto Expo 2020 while MSS World will one of the tech partners to manage technicals for them.

70 EMG will manage and execute the Morris Garages Pavilion at Auto Expo 2020. 

Geometry Encompass will manage and execute the stall for Mercedes Benz. 

Skoda will be managed by Shobiz Experiential Communications along with technicals handled by MSS World at the Expo.

While Communique Marketing Solutions continues to manage the Maruti Suzuki booth their technicals will be managed by MSS World and fabrication by Meroform Inda.   

STCH Integrated Marketing Solutions bagged the JK Tyre display at the Auto Expo 2020.

Showtime Events India will take care of Tata Motors' presence, while SOUND.COM will provide audio solutions.

The market has been on a low for the last six months and this seems to be the major reason for the big guns opting out the Auto Expo 2020. Major automobile companies like Honda Cars, Nisan, Datsun, Jeep, Citroen, Audi, Jaguar Land Rover, Volvo, Lexus, BMW, Toyota Kirloskar Motors, Ford, Fiat along with leading two-wheeler manufacturers such as Hero MotoCorp, Bajaj Auto, Honda, TVS, Yamaha, Kawasaki, KTM and Husqvarna, Harley-Davidson, Ducati, Revolt Motors, KTM, and Husqvarna will not be present at the Auto Expo 2020. Even as the threat from coronavirus looms, no Chinese company is expected to pull out of the Auto Expo 2020. 

Auto Expo 2020 at Greater Noida will commence from 11 AM and will close by 7 PM on February 7th, 2020 being the enterprise day, Whereas, during public days from February 8th to 12th 2020, the show timings will be from 11 AM to 8 PM. Auto Expo – The Motor Show 2020, will be spread in a total ground area of 2,35,000 sq meters with key automobile majors participating in indoor built-up area of 51,000 sq. meters (gross).
