Prasang Events and Entertainment Emerald Palace Kempinski Dubai

A beautiful wedding planned and executed by Prasang Events and Entertainment was hosted from December 6th to 8th, 2019 at the Emerald Palace, Kempinski, the Palms, Dubai. Aneri, the bride from Ahmedabad and Kashyap, the groom from Baroda had a dream Indian wedding (Gujarati) in the presence of family and guests at the perfect destination!

Prasang Events and Entertainment’s team with their understanding, flexibility, and dedication hand made everything as the couple wished for at a gorgeous 3-day wedding extravaganza. Around 380 wedding guests were allotted 185 rooms for 3 nights and 4 days at the Emerald Palace and festive floral decor was done for their welcome.

Before the pre-wedding rituals, the family hosted a lunch at Le Jardin Restaurant and Hi tea at the Ballroom. Two separate evening events were planned to keep the guests entertained, Yacht party at Desert Rose 2 for 200 young guests on a Nautical theme that was white & blue and Ghazal/Sufi night for elderly people at Residential Oval Lawn, Kempinski.

Mehndi function for the couple was based on a carnival theme for which, colorful decor with rustic furniture and Mandola disk were used. Mehndi was held at West Lawn, Kempinski and Hi tea at Ballroom. The Sangeet was organized at  Asateer Tent with a beautiful theme of Stars and Glitters - Silver and Gold.

Haldi decor was conceptualized on sunflower theme and was organized at Residential lawns, Kempinski along with the lunch. Groom came with his Barat from Ballroom to Villa Side followed by Varmala at Villa Beach and finally the Wedding phera at Main beach lawn with traditional red and gold floral decor to keep up with the magical moment.

Gala dinner was organized at East Lawn on an interesting decor theme of Royal Burgundy with chandeliers and candles that made an amazing ambiance. The last but the most fun-filled event planned by Prasang Events and Entertainment for this wedding was the Gala Party which was based on the Neon Theme.

“It was a very good experience working in Dubai with a few hurdles and new experiences. Working with the hotel at the Palms is difficult to compare to other destinations due to rules and regulations. The overall hotel has supported it. F&B and Liquor is a key issue for hotels to host Indian wedding.“ Keyur Patel, Director, Prasang Events and Entertainment.
