Republic TV - Indian television news channel completed its 2nd successful year on air. Republic Summit 2019 India's moment - Nation First was held on November 26th and 27th at Taj Palace, New Delhi. The event was successfully managed by Geometry Encompass.
The event was attended by inspirational & influential speakers ranging from politics to Bollywood. The two-day event had various sessions on various topics focusing on Indian politics and current affairs. The highlight of the summit was the presence of honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi for a session ‘India’s Moment’ on day 1 and the presence of Union Home Minister Amit Shah for a session ‘One India - Firm Resolve’ on day 2.
The speakers at the summit included Amitabh Kant, CEO, Niti Aayog; Jehangir Wadia, MD, Go Airline India; Nikhil Arora, Managing Director and VP, GoDaddy; Anil Kapor, Kangana Ranaut, Arnab Goswami, Editor-in-chief, Republic Media Network; Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, Founder, Art of Living and many Indian Politicians.
At the Republic Summit 2019, honoring ceremony was conducted for the heroes who showed courage in guarding the nation. The Shillong Chamber Choir sang the state song of Assam ‘O mur apunar dekh’ at the event in the presence of Prime Minister.
