Event Show Asia Event Show Asia Sessions LQ Summit & Awards 2019 EvenTech Academy
The LIVE Quotient Summit & Awards under the aegis of the WOW Awards Asia was announced at an exclusive ceremony on 30th October 2019, at the Sahara Star, Mumbai. The Awards Ceremony preceded with a day-long summit on Event Technology, to exchange ideas and insights.
This year, a new category made the debut. EvenTech Academy represents and enlightens the audience on the technologies that make an event a spectacle. The session was an insights and innovations incubation centre, where we look to experiment with concepts, research methods that work, and determine winning formulas for the event technology and event planning professionals. The sessions in the Summit featured expert panel discussions on different aspects of event technology.

Our first session in EvenTech Academy was Staying Relevant: Using Tech at Events to stay ahead of your game! Powered by CVENT. Vishal Nagdev, Business Head, EVENTFAQS moderated the session and the speakers at this session were Sid Sharma, Territory Sales Manager, CVENT, Yogendra Vora, Director, Tecogis, Hariom Seth, Founder, Tagglabs, and Nitin Sharma, Director, SEES.

The second session at the EvenTech Academy was on Projection Mapping - All you wanted to know but didn't know whom to ask! Here, Suresh Madam answered many questions asked to him by the audience.

VJ Kaycee enlightened the audience on the topic of Building Live Experiences Using Visuals.

Sound Design and Hardware Integration for Mega Concerts and Special Events was the fourth session where Warren D’Souza spoke on what it takes to design sound and integrate it for large concerts and events.

Fali Damania walked everyone through the process of Workflow and Efficiency of a Great Front of House Mix.

The last session of EvenTech Academy 2019 was on Lighting Design for Concerts where Becket Tundatil informed the audience how lighting is designed for concerts.
