This year’s Corporate Talent Championship unlocked passions and performances yet again through the digital revolution as viewers tuned in life on engage4more.com. CTC was held at Phoenix Market City in Mumbai on October 9th and 10th 2019 were over half a lakh of employees clashed for the crown through the course of the Championship.
Marzi Pestonji and Aditi Singh Sharma judged the captivating contest. The celebrity judging panel was joined by host Aakarshak Mishra, to make sure the affair was run with fun and engagement. The live streaming method enabled more than 2500 people who were watching to rate for their favorites.
The show started with a performance by the national winner in the rock band category – Rubber Band from Capgemini Bengaluru. The audiences also witnessed one innovative act by Naresh Magar from HDFC Sales, Mumbai who performed in the “Music Category” without playing any musical instrument. The twist was that he used a visiting card to play music. It was truly entertaining and at the same time, an act never is seen before.
The CTC Spirit Award went home with Capgemini Technology Services India Limited, Bengaluru owing to their participation from PAN India. Capgemini Bengaluru, DNEG Mumbai and Reliance Kolkata won in the music, singing and solo dance category respectively. ANZ Operations & Technology, Bengaluru and Capgemini Mumbai illustrated the true power of teamwork as they aced the group dance and group theater categories. The eighth season brought with it drama, dance, music, uninhibited fun and a digital display that aired it all.
