Mahindra Lifespaces’ Business Partners Meet was organised, where they launched its new project ‘Vicino’. The Think Tank Entertainment (T3) executed the event on 17th September 2019 at The Westin Mumbai Garden City. More than 300 business partners attended the grand launch.

The set design was created around Vicino’s theme ‘Unrush Life’, T3 team executed the plans to the T. Guests entered the venue to a registration desk that had a mechanical clock installed by its side. The clock represented the idea of deflating the stress that accumulates day in and out by choosing to ‘Unrush Life’.

The partners then made their way into the pre-function area, which was decorated with on-site branding creatives. Also at the venue were caricature artists, a Turkish coffee reader and a photo op for the partners. The moments captured were presented to the guests with a photo jacket designed by T3’s team.

50-feet wide curved LED with a specially curated animation playing was setup at the ballroom. There was also a digital clock displayed on the LED, which blended with the podium. Incorporating the ‘Unrush Life’ concept into all the videos curated, T3’s creative team created works of art, following that was the incentive video for the partners.

The highlight of the event was a Mind Reader Act by Mohit Rao, After the performance, the ballroom went completely dark with only UV lights shining down. The wristband that was given to every guest revealed the client’s campaign and logo. Then the LED screen played a video of Vicino logo reveal and incentive ladder video for the business partners.

The Homescreen animation, Logo Reveal and Incentive Ladder Reveal Animation on the large curved LED screen made the experience even more thrilling.
