GS Sports Executes Pro Kabaddi Season 7 Home Leg for Jaipur Pink Panthers

Jaipur Pink Panthers were back at their home ground, Sawai Mansingh Indoor Stadium, Jaipur for the home leg fixtures of the 7th edition of the Pro Kabaddi League. The franchise had to shift to Panchkula for their home games in PKL Season 6 where they played at the Tau Devi Lal Sports Complex. The home leg in the Pink City was scheduled from September 21st to September 27th 2019 in Jaipur and was executed by GS Sports.

As the league inched towards its business end, Jaipur Pink Panthers’ home leg closed in and was scheduled to be the third last league stage venue. GS Sports team did an early recce immediately after the announcement of the venue by the league and the franchise authorities for Jaipur Pink Panthers. Early planning gave the venue team an advantage while executing the operations and arrangements for the home leg. The team acquired the stadium 4 days prior to the date of commencement of the event. A practice area was set up for the kabaddi teams to practice on rest days.

Allotment of branding spaces to the central and franchise sponsors was done and respective pieces were put up to create the look and feel of the stadium. The venue had a capacity of around three thousand seating for the games, which was appropriately allocated and managed by the GS Sports team keeping in mind the comfort and experience for the stadium audience. Two owners box seating area were set up with a great view of the Kabaddi mat along with the VIP areas at both sides.

The stadium was well-lit with proper lighting arrangements creating the perfect ambience for the sport of Kabaddi as the crowds thronged to the stadium in good numbers and enjoyed the Pro Kabaddi League’s return back to the Pink City. A well-branded hospitality lounge was set up for the VVIP ticket holders and guests providing a premium experience with high-quality catered food as they enjoyed some of the best delicacies from the famed Rajasthani cuisine.

Quoting about the event, Bunty Walia, Chairman, GS Worldwide Entertainment said, “The home support counts a lot for the team and the venue did justice with all the cheers and roars for the Jaipur Pink Panthers. It was a good challenge for both, the playing team and the management team, but we tackled it well and there were no stones left unturned to produce a great show.”

Jaipur Pink Panthers won one match, lost two and tied one out of the four total matches at the home venue. The team owner Abhishek Bachchan was present for all the matches and supported the team with his presence. The team received good support from the crowd in the Pink City and the experience has been very good for the city as Pro Kabaddi returned to Jaipur after a season-gap.
