Arika Events Le Meridian

A beautiful wedding planned and executed by Arika Event was hosted from February 2nd to 6th, 2019 at the Le Meridian, Indana Palace, Jaipur.

The client wanted to have a fast-food live counter in all the functions. After offering two-three options and the wedding party selected the live egg stall. The client’s main concern was that major of their guests were from different countries and they didn’t have much idea about an Indian wedding. There was one egg specialty chef who came from Surat for this wedding. He made around 100 varieties of dishes for the guest.

The client also wanted the wedding venue to be private so no rooms were allotted to the guests other than the wedding guests as the property was booked by the host. As major guests were foreigners each and every function needed to be explained to them so the Arika team printed leaflets and standees which included the details of all the functions and were placed all around the venue. As a special request, a separate bar was set up for the guests to enjoy liquor 24*7.

Mehendi: The wedding celebration started with mehendi. A flood of emotions oozes out by looking at this quirky décor which included Indian elements and a dash of red bold colour.

Haldi: the beautiful morning started with haldi at the lawns with close friends and family at attendance. The colour theme was pastel, mint green, and yellow. The décor elements beautifully matched the occasion and enhanced the look of the venue.

Sangeet: The next day was the Sangeet function. The theme was white and gold. The chandelier graced the entrance and white curtains draped all over the venue brought more light to the venue’s décor and feel.

The led stage was created for the couple’s family and friends’ performances for the night. The entire evening was filled with laughter, love, and beautiful memories being created. The combination of these elements made moments that can be cherished forever.

Wedding: In the evening, for the baraat ceremony, the groom made a royal entry with his groomsmen and family. Each guest adorned a saafa in red and green bandhani print lovely brooches that were given to them as a welcome gift.

For the varmala ceremony there were fireworks that began in the backdrop for the beautiful moment, while the couple exchanged garlands.

The pheras was another magical moment where the décor in red and gold made an amazing ambience. Keeping in mind the couple’s preference the wedding was planned blissfully.
