Insync Marketing & Event Solutions Pvt Ltd won the mandate for organizing ‘Swachta Run 2019’ – the Marathon event of Central Industrial Security Forces in a multi-agency pitch. The event at Central Park, Kharghar saw over 6000 participants who participated in the run whose categories included - 10km marathon, 5km marathon, 5km adults walkathon & 2km kids walkathon. Bip distribution counters were set up 2 days prior to the event where participants who had registered online came to collect their Bips.
Considering various aspects of the run, multiple sections such as holding areas for different run categories, multiple stages for Felicitation, warm upstage, a separate stage for live Band and many more such stages were created. A special VIP holding area was erected right next to the VIP stand which also was used for Prize Distribution Ceremony. One of the serene locations was converted into Relaxation zone which was pre-prepped with over 200 yoga mats for participants to come and relax after the event before they moved on to collecting their refreshment hampers as well as Medals and Certificates. Professional Zumba instructors helped participants warm-up before the start of every run and a team of Yoga instructors helped them relax after the run was complete.
The entire venue was branded with varied backdrops and some unique branding panels. An LED wall placed right next to the VIP stand showcased videos of Central Industrial Security Forces. The Route was branded with Motivational & Directional signage and had multiple water stations and medical stations with ambulances on standby and a mobile doctor on the route.
