Orion Marketing and Communications manages and executes SS’20 Collection launch for Benetton on August 5th, 2019 at Hyatt Regency, Gurgaon.
More than 350+ traders, partners, and associates of the brand attended the Event. The event started with a couple of brand presentations followed by the Rewards and Recognition Ceremony before unveiling the all-new SS’20 collection for the guests.
Bright & sharp hues came into the picture via 40 feet wide screen through interactive and immersive animations that were created for each fashion sequence. Each artwork and animation had a meaningful insight, integrated with the collection and the sequence.
The fashion show has had 200+ looks with 60 models (including Kids as well) to showcase the new collection in all new style. The models and kids presented the collection with interesting props on the Runway.
The ramp was made in the shape of Benetton logo with approximate 300+ Infinity tiles to make the entire Set design. The effect of Infinity tiles was created with the Mirrors on the Ramp. To create this, Orion went into research for almost a 15-day’s time, created multiple samples and then came up with the final mechanism, which, both brand and agency have had consent upon. The agency created multiple circuits & effects in the tiles, to play with the lights for different sequences of the fashion show.
Prateek Nagpal, Business Head, - Delhi, Orion Marketing and Communications, we won’t shy away to say that it was a challenging one to pull off but excitement levels kept us on our toes to bring this concept alive at the venue. We have had days and hours spent only to research and understand the details and mechanism of the Infinity Tiles. We truly give the credit to the brand for the inspiration and direction onto something; one would have never got the courage to execute without the brand’s support and consent.
The final sequence of the fashion show started when all the models, along with the Benetton team, came together on the ramp, which eventually was, joined in by the guests as well; concluding the launch of SS’20 collection.
