The AT&T Champions league, a 45-day sports extravaganza was conceptualised and executed by Cocept IMC. This was the first of its kind sports event organized as part of the employee engagement by AT&T in India. The event was planned in a way that would optimize participation.
The AT&T Champions League was divided into 3 phases - Indoor Tournaments which consisted of Carrom, Table Tennis, and Chess Tournaments, Outdoor Tournaments which consisted of cricket, football and badminton league, and The grand finale was the AT&T Champions Day Out where a day outing was organized for all the employees at a resort in the outskirts of Bangalore. Team building activities were planned through the day which ends with grand rewards and recognition ceremony for all the League Tournament winners.
