Bobbi Brown Cosmetics Announces Their First Indian Brand Ambassador, Tara Sutaria With Toast Events

Bobbi Brown Cosmetics announced their first ever Indian brand ambassador – Bollywood actress Tara Sutaria, to magnify their core purpose of celebrating individual beauty and women empowerment. The brand’s direction and vision to associate with a confident and independent woman like Tara will definitely resonate with today’s modern Bobbi Brown consumers while remaining true to its roots. In celebration of the collaboration, Tara unveiled two new handpicked shades, from the Crushed Liquid Lip collection: Cherry Crush and Juicy Date which were the central focal points of the campaign.

Toast Events devised an impactful launch plan with a series of on-ground activations like innovative mall branding, gift vouchers seeded through newspapers and shoppers stop outlets, thematic invites for bloggers and special engagement activities for consumers. The event was divided into two segments, the first segment was for beauty media/ bloggers/ influencers where Toast Events curated a special screening of the campaign video to be revealed. Customized movie tickets, curated f&b menu and a chic product display for the guest were planned at Insignia, Inox.

The second segment of the event was for general media and consumers. The event witnessed a special dropdown unveiling of the campaign visuals and for the first time, right from the centre of the atrium, leading to a successful event while engaging with the consumers.

The brand in itself is playful & fun and had given us a free hand to work on the concepts to bring out the entire campaign alive. As it was the first time Bobby Brown was associating with a Bollywood celebrity we were very keen on making it the brand’s biggest reveal generating a lot of mileage on social media. The crushed liquid lip collection was brought to life in stage designs, a product centric photo booth, spin the wheel activity and Tara’s handpicked color for the media backdrop and product display.”

We had a lot of fun while matching the colours of the event elements to the brand’s lip shades as there were so many different types of media used for the event, that to make each media match to that specific colour was the key.”
