Huawei launched their latest additions in the P30 Series, P30 Pro and P30 Lite for the Indian market at Taj Palace Hotel, New Delhi on April 9, 2019, and announced the availability and pricing details of the handsets. P30 Pro comes with quad rear camera setup co-engineered by Leica, apart from features like reverse wireless charging, in-display fingerprint sensor, IP68-certified dust, and water resistance, and 7nm HiSilicon Kirin 980 SoC. The same handsets were launched in China last month. 

Vibgyor Brand Services was given the mandate to conceptualize and manage all aspects of the India launch event after a multi-agency pitch. Right from the Hotel booking, coordination, MICE, AI themed invites, registration, product presentation, event set-up, demo zones and giveaways, all aspects of the event were managed flawlessly by Vibgyor. A spectacular art gallery was created at the entrance, where awesome pictures shot by the P30 Pro were displayed. Emcee-Actor Shibani Dandekar entertained the audience with her uber glam hosting. The spectacular P30 Pro demo zone was then unveiled, for a hands-on experience of the smartphones. The demo zone displayed each unique feature of the camera through interactive walls that had awesome interactions for the media and bloggers.

The Dual Video zone displayed dual video feature where you can simultaneously shoot a zoomed in version with a normal version in a single video. A beautiful fountain was installed for the audience to test and witness the feature. Super Zoom wall showcased the telephoto lens of the camera that zooms a picture from a very long distance and displays text on it with great clarity. The Super Charger wall focused on the charging capabilities by showcasing car and wireless charging properties.

The highlight was the Super Night Vision Zone that had a dark room with a galaxy themed wall which wasn’t visible with naked eyes, but the P30 camera captured the entire galaxy with utmost clarity even in extremely low light. The Wide Angle wall highlighted the wide angle feature of the camera, with a beautiful background on the entire wall where the P30 captured the entire wallpaper in one shot. We also installed “Huawei Ecosystem”, which showcased other new products of Huawei like the Matebook and AI Cube for people to have a hands-on experience. 

Media personnel were amazed by the unique display of the features at the demo zones. Huawei applauded Vibgyor’s unique ideation and flawless execution of the event.
