Vinod Kumar joins in as CEO for SAND Conversions. Before joining SAND Network, Vinod headed the marketing functions at CEAT Tyres, Valvoline Cummins and Volvo Eicher. His last assignment was with RPG Group. SAND Conversions is a division of SAND Network Private Limited which will enable brands to convert their target audience through engagement and channel initiatives.
Talking at the occasion, Sandeep Poojary, Director HR – SAND Network, said "It is a great opportunity for our clients to have an activation agency with conversion focus by bringing in someone who has led sales and marketing functions for some of the leading brands in the country. The division will focus on delivering ROI for clients on the basis of customer conversion and market share growth; primarily focusing on FMCG, Consumer Durables and Automotive."
Sharing his enthusiasm on joining SAND Conversions, Vinod says “ I am excited by the huge opportunity to provide clients a unique initiative that will help them realise higher ROI on their marketing spends by directly linking it with customer conversion and market share growth. In addition to leading SAND Conversions, Vinod will also help in providing strategic inputs to SAND Network for bringing in the synergy between client’s expectations and agency’s deliverables. Apart from his career in Sales and Marketing, Vinod has a keen interest in reading, travelling and is a running enthusiast.
