Amazon Celebrates its Employees Through the Spirit of Delhi

Amazon, the global giants in E-Commerce, turned Mallu Farms, Chattarpur, Delhi, into its own wonderland on a Tuesday night as a way to say “thank you” to thousands of employees. Real Show Events received the mandate to conceptualize and plan the entire event on March 5, 2019. 

Over 2000 Amazonians attended the event live. The entire event brought out the aspirational and excellence aspect for the employees. The theme for this year's event was #DilDilli and hence, the entire event venue was decorated with some of Delhi's most beautiful heritage sites. As soon as the guests entered they were greeted with Bhangra dancers along with Punjabi dhol players.  The pre-function area was adorned with the layers of history surrounding the Indian capital. The mesmerizing decor by the agency took guests on a journey back in time amidst the bustle of everyday life. 

The event setup included a giant 60 feet stage that featured the attendees of the event performing on various acts such as dancing, singing, stand-up comedy, etc. An adrenaline-driven night of undiluted fun and celebrations entailed spell-binding special effects and high impact intelligent lighting on the grand stage. Exclusive pyrotechs were also used during R&R and spectacular performances. The night also saw an Award Ceremony to boost the morale of the employees

Real Show had done an excellent job in spicing up the event by setting up an addictive fun zone which drew guests in uncountable numbers. The fun zone had games like Kangaroo boxing, Mechanical Bull Ride, Foosball, Archery and many more that were evenly spread out in the entire venue. The Photo Booth backdrop had an aesthetic post peak event logo, entry was laid with Red carpet and Velvet Q Managers to give a celebrity feel, props were laid out for fun photo sessions. The night ended on a high note with some dance-worthy tunes played by the DJ.
