Young Mirchies executed the 12th edition of Global Health Care Summit 2018, which was organized by CIMS Medica in association with AAPI (American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin & Global Association of Physicians of Indian Origin) at Taj Palace Hotel on December 28, 2018, and Trident Nariman Point  from December 29 to 30, 2018, Mumbai, India. CIMS Medica India Pvt. Ltd. who creates and distributes a wide range of healthcare information in Print, Electronic, Web, Broadcast and Live Event formats, was the India Local Secretariat for this magnificent event.

This 3-day extravaganza witnessed one of the largest participation from the medical practitioners and healthcare professionals from all over the world. The inaugural keynote was delivered by Hon’ble President of India - Shri Ram Nath Kovind. The event also witnessed the gracious presence of Hon'ble Chief Minister of Maharashtra - Shri Devendra Fadnavis, Hon'ble Governer of Maharashtra - Shri Vidyasagar Rao, Minister of Public Health and Family Welfare Dr. Deepak Sawant, and Smt. Amruta Fadnavis, First Lady, Maharashtra as chief guests.

The event was a unique blend; featuring a Conference, Parallel Training Sessions, Awards, Stalls, Cultural Programs et al. Right from the conceptualization stage this event was full of challenges, given the fact that there were VVIP protocols to be taken care of and at the same time the overall venue ambiance had to match a world-class event experience. The timings provided for the setup were almost half of the regular setup duration, within which the entire LED Screen Setup, Lights, Technical requirements for the cultural evening all had to be completed fully, post which the venue was to be handed over for frisking as per VVIP security procedures. Joint efforts and teamwork, from both Young Mirchies and CIMS Medica team, ensured that the event was executed seamlessly.

We have been working for this event past 14 months and yes all our efforts paid off well with the Grand success of this event. We were happy to bestow the onsite management responsibility to Young Mirchies and they ensured things were managed with finesse.
