Reliance Nippon Life Insurance's Cabinet Event Conceptualised by Corporate Events

Reliance Nippon Life Insurance Company Limited (RNLIC) organised a CEO's Cabinet event on October 11, 2018, at Zofin Palace, Prague. The event was managed and conceptualized by  Corporate Events.

Event brief given to the Corporate Events team was to create a pompous star-studded royal at the same time very classy experience for 100 odd CEO’s Cabinet members. These members were employees as well as advisors of RNLIC. Senior management of the company was also present to grace the event.

The task was to make event setup look fabulous while keeping the real beauty of the palace. A red carpet entry of all guests with paparazzi photographers was arranged. Achievers travelled to the venue in vintage cars from their hotel. Live bytes of some guests were taken by emcee Angela Rebello in a way as its done in Oscars.

Large Size CEO’s Cabinet letter cutout stood right on the stairs of the palace as photo op. Whole Palace was illuminated with intelligent lights to mark the auspicious event for the guests. Stage with Led wall was set up keeping in mind the huge chandelier of the palace.

Event kickstarted with an engaging and interesting motivational session by Indian film actor and motivational speaker from Arjun Pandit. Followed by the awards ceremony for all achievers. For fillers, they had LED interactive performance which left our audiences awestruck. Then renowned Live speed painter Alex Dowis and the team put up a mesmerizing act of painting CEO’s portrait as a surprise gift for him.

The event ended with a quick movie of the achiever's memories/ candid capture from Prague trip which was shot by our videography team from the moment group landed in Prague till the arrival to the event.

"The biggest challenge was setup time as well as rules and regulations of the palace but we had worked in this same palace earlier for another event thus things became quite easy for us to handle this time.
