This year’s Corporate Talent Championship unlocked passions and power-packed performances through the digital revolution as viewers tuned in live! Eyeballs were glued to screens and meanwhile, hundreds cheered loudly at Phoenix Market City in Mumbai on the October 17 and 18. The staggering numbers make CTC the king of all corporate contests as over half a lakh of employees clashed for the crown through the course of the Championship.

CXOs, senior managers and others flew out from various parts of the nation to lend their applause and cheer as Marzi Pestonji and Anushka Manchanda judged the captivating contest. The celebrity judging panel was joined by host Mike Murali, Capgemini’s Chief Fun Office from Bangalore, to make sure the affair was run by the corporates and for the corporates. Keeping up with the digital pace of the world, engage4more’s CTC adorned mobile and computer screens. Moreover, the live streaming method enabled more than 2500 people who were watching to vote for their favourites, making sure that CTC’s style of doing something new while empowering the corporates is upheld and thriving. Styling partner Park Avenue, prize partner TVS Wego and associate partner Sloan’s gleamed proudly on computer screens across the nation as the nail biting finale beheld incredible performances.

The show was kicked off with an electrifying performance by the national winner in the rock band category – Rubber Band from Capgemini. CTC also featured an impactful performance on a powerful rendition of Tripta Parashar’s passionate song about the #metoo movement which was backed by Sterling Talent Solutions, Mumbai. As CTC is all about actions that make a difference, Vanditta Malhotra - Founder and Managing Partner at Singh and Singh, Malhotra and Hegde Attorneys, announced on the CTC stage that she is willing to provide free legal aid to the corporates and individuals should they need it as part of the #metoo movement.

As talent and social integrity took centre stage, a special dancer- Kamaljeet Kaur from Walmart India in Amritsar, touched many hearts. The speech and hearing impaired performer conquered many obstacles and brought the true CTC spirit with her as her sincerity moved many to tears with her jaw-dropping dance. As the grand finale came to a close, the CTC Spirit Award went home with Reliance Capital owing to their spectacular participation from 850 cities. Cognizant Pune, NCR Hyderabad and UPL Mumbai shined brightly as they won in the music, singing and solo dance category respectively. True power of teamwork was illustrated by QA Infotech Noida and Capgemini Mumbai as they aced the group dance and group theater categories.
As the grand finale came to a close, the CTC Spirit Award went home with Reliance Capital owing to their spectacular participation from 850 cities. Cognizant Pune, NCR Hyderabad and UPL Mumbai shined brightly as they won in the music, singing and solo dance category respectively.
