Gourmet Entertainment Show Opening Panel to Decode ‘Economic of F&B Business’ with Industry Icons

Food in India has always been the highest form of entertainment and the most important element of Weddings, Social and Special Events. An Initiative by EVENTFAQS, the Gourmet Entertainment Show is a platform created to take forward the culinary journey of celebrations in India on to a world stage.  

The daylong event has been designed to enable planners of the most extraordinary events push the envelope by engaging with and learning from the best in the business of Gourmet Entertainment. Featuring showcases from over 30 of India's TOP Catering Companies, Restaurants and Food Designers, discussions with the leading authorities from the business of F&B, experiential engagements, workshops and masterclasses, the debut edition of Gourmet Entertainment Show will change the way India thinks of 'Entertaining with Food at Events’.  

Slated to take place on November 2nd, 2018 at The Ritz by FNP in Gurguram, the Gourmet Entertainment Show will start off with a welcome address by EEMA President and Managing Director, Teamwork Arts, Sanjoy Roy followed by an exciting panel discussion on the topic of ‘The Economics of F&B: Present Scenario, and the Way Forward’ chaired by veterans of the experiential business.

The discussion will be moderated by Rajeev Jain, Director, Rashi Entertainment with Puneet Sikand, Director, The Kitchen Art Co.; Sarita Bazaz, Director, The Food Affairs by Sarita Bazaz; Virender Handa, Managing Director, Creative Cuisines Inc.; Sumit Dang, Director, Seven Seas Hospitality; Sanjay Vazirani, CEO & MD, Foodlink Services; Sanjay Khullar, Managing Director, Seasons Catering and Sandeep Jain, Managing Director, Eleven Course as panel speakers. With such experienced names from the business of F&B on the panel, it is safe to say that the Gourmet Entertainment Show is not only set to redefine the current trends at place in the business but also lay the ground work for its future.

It is to be noted that the Gourmet Entertainment Show will have more of such dialogues starting 2 PM onwards on November 2nd, that will allow the attendees to learn, experience and engage with best in the business of F&B and events.

Gourmet Entertainment Show has been curated in association with the Event and Entertainment Management Association (EEMA), with Touchwood Group as Strategic Partners and FNP Gardens as Host Venue.
