Mahindra Swaraj Supplier Conference at Hyatt Regency, Chandigarh Planned by AFP

‘Suppliers’ are the pillars of a long lasting business.

Mahindra Swaraj, the a 40-year-old trusted and reputed Mahindra Tractor brand wished to host a supplier conference with a difference for 2018. Though the brand has been doing similar supplier conferences all these years, this time around they wanted to amaze and excite their suppliers by planning something new and different.

It was a multi-agency pitch and AFP ploughed their way through and won the account. 

The event was scheduled for August 24 at the Hyatt Regency, Chandigarh. Time was a major constraint and in limited time AFP constructed a state-of-the-art stage that seamlessly merged technology with public interaction.

Ajit Singh, Regional Head, AFP said: “The biggest challenge was to create a black wall parallel to the hotel wall as we wanted to show a black background behind the LEDs. There was limited space behind LED and the height was 22 feet. But with experience and support from the hotel staff, we managed to finish it in time.”


 
The same look and feel of the conference was carried forward into the awards night with the 60 feet curved LED along with black background which gave a high-tech feel to the jazzy night. 

An international symphony band entertained the audience for the rest of the evening. 

All in all, it was a refreshing event for the audience and AFP helped Swaraj build a long-lasting relationship with their clients.
