Ultimate Ears the specialist in sound technology was looking for an agency to blow the minds of their dealers. AFP rocked the multi-agency pitch and won the contract. The dealer meet took place in Delhi at Pullman Aerocity on August 09, 2018.

The client wanted to audience to experience the ruggedness of Ultimate ear Bluetooth speakers. The speakers were not called ‘Wonderboom’ for no reason. The only challenge for AFP was to plan and implement the idea in a matter of five days. 

To experience the ruggedness of ‘Wonderboom’ AFP presented the Rustic theme to the audience. The banquet was decorated with plunks, drum, guitars, stones, old jeans, ladders and hanging bulbs. Immersing the product in the specially created water and dirt tanks during the event proved just how durable Wonderboom speakers were. 

The evening enjoyment was amplified by entertaining acts by Apurva Gupta, a stand-up comedian. Post which performances by Rohit Shergill, an unplugged singer and Gazal Vats kept the audience enthralled. 

Ajit Singh, Regional Head, AFP said, “Delivering experiential event in a limited number of days is always a challenge. We had no time. We just had to jump in the water and swim. In a matter of 5 days we planned, booked the venue, invited all guests, locked on entertainment acts and made the audience have a blast.’ 

The dealer meet took place in Delhi at Pullman Aerocity on August 09, 2018.
