In one of the most recent industry movements from the corporate side, Vilas GV- Manager – Events, Promotions & Communication Herbalife International India has moved on from his role to become the Director - Mega Events and Strategic Digital Marketing at India Machine Tool and Manufactures’ Association (IMTMA).
An all-round marketer, brand strategist and an event management professional, Vilas brings to IMTMA over 22 years of experience in effective strategic planning in Event Management & digital marketing space. Vilas also has a decade of entrepreneurial experience that has helped him to acquire financial and analytical skills to build effective strategy planning for marketing spends and brand building through conventional media & social media Communications.
Talking about his new role Vilas exclaims, “I am very excited to be leading the Mega Events Division and Strategic Digital Marketing endeavours for IMTMA. Indian Machine Tool Manufacturers' Association is the most prominent national association of machine tool and allied equipment manufacturers which serves as the single point of contact for the machine tool industry in the country. In this new role, I look forward to contributing my best to their 6 annual mega events as well enhancing the association’s presence in the international market as well."
