Lendlease, the creator of magnificent structures like the Petronas, Twin Towers Malaysia, BBC Broadcasting House, UK Torino 2006 Winter Olympic venues and more held a three-day consumer connect event with the assistance from Krypton Global Investments in Mumbai. The event was witnessed by Mumbai’s swish set who came there to get a glimpse of the uber-luxury living of Central London’s most awaited project ‘Elephant Park’. The event took place at Sofitel Mumbai BKC hotel from July 20-22, 2018.

The first day began with serving a four-course meal to the guests that Diageo’s Reserve Brands Ambassador Jamie Walker paired with different malts from the company’s portfolio. The second day witnessed guests enjoying Gurkha Cigars presented by Viraf Hansotia followed by sumptuous spread during the brunch on the third day.

All the guests during a three-day event were seen networking while the Lendlease representatives (Marcus Haynes - Sales & Marketing Director, Development Europe at Lendlease and Richard Cook - Head of Residential, Lendlease) took them through the project and introduced the new way of living in Central London.

Moreover, KGI’s highly experienced personnel were busy assisting and guiding the audience about investment in overseas property. Mr Abeezar Faizullabhoy, Senior Partner, H S A Law guided the audience on the legal aspects that they should be considering while making investments overseas and Mr Kuntal Dave, Owner, Nanubhai Desai Co. highlighted on the tax aspects respectively.

Speaking on the event Ms Mona Jalota, Managing Director and Founder, Krypton Global Investments says, “Indians are increasingly looking for good realty investment opportunities abroad because of appreciation in value, end use and rental earnings. The recent relaxation of rules that permits Indian residents to invest overseas has further created an investment climate favourable for an international real estate. However, it could be tricky to reach the Indian buyers and involves several layers of integration. In order to market and sell property successfully, the developers need to build a connection with the audience and consistent messaging across each channel."
