The Textiles and Plastics Investors Conclave for Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas was planned and executed by Team Promodome. The event took place at Surat, Gujarat on September 2nd, with many dignitaries and industry stalwarts among the over twelve hundred attendees. From the welcome of all the attendees to the logistics, every aspect of the event was executed by Promodome.

It meant a breathless, non-stop ten days of work, coordination with multiple vendors, and many other things to deliver a flawless event that was also majorly promoted by the team at Bhubaneswar through airport displays and citywide outdoors. The venue itself had the main conference venue plus four smaller conference venues and a large exhibition. The team also took care of the branding at the airport and across the city.

The Minister for Petroleum & Natural Gas inaugurated the conclave and was present throughout. Also in attendance were cabinet ministers from Gujarat, top MoPNG officials, Indian Oil Chairman Mr. Sanjiv Singh and several other prominent people from the two sectors. A white paper on the textiles and plastics sector was also released. 

As Gaurav Monga, Director, Promodome Communications said: "We had several teams working parallelly to make this event a success. 7-8 brochures were designed and printed in less than three days time, videos were put together almost overnight, apart from the other technical, branding and display work involved in such an event which needs to run with clockwork precision. Thanks to my team, we pulled it off successfully"
