The youth fashion brand Forever 21 hosted a banging party for its key customers and influencers to make a grand re-entry into the Noida market. The ‘by invite only’ event on May 19, 2018 saw 21 Fashion and Lifestyle bloggers come together along with 21 followers each for an exclusive shopping experience.
The fashionable guest-list was put together by Toast Events to create the right kind of noise in the city and generate great buzz online through social media content.
Vipul Baradia, Client Servicing, Toast Events said, “I was extremely excited to be working on the relaunch of the Forever 21, Noida store. The challenge for the brand and Toast events was to make sure a large number of people queue up outside the store at Noida since the city shuts early. However, we brainstormed and came up with a unique concept where 21 bloggers invited 21 fans each to join them and avail of an exclusive 21% discount for one night only at the store. We tied up with 21 Fashion influencers who kick-started the relaunch a week prior to the event through a digital amplification campaign. It was a social gathering of the F21 tribe, attended by bloggers, valued customers, and fashion enthusiasts, for an exclusive shopping preview and thus creating awareness about the relaunch.”
The store was transformed with some great food, cocktails, décor, photo-ops. Everyone was engaged through the evening, while guests also had some fun shopping with their influencers and got interesting styling tips to set their style for the summer.
Dipti Potdar, Creatives, Toast Events said, “The event was planned keeping in mind the summer theme and bubbly target group. It was very important for us to design and conceptualize as the brand was relaunching in Noida. We always loved creating crazy photo ops. Chalkboard style floral backdrop created a lot of buzz and content among the influencers”
Post the event, the influencers continued to engage with their followers and shared a special F21 discount code for them to avail over the weekend.
Yasin Shaikh, Operations, Toast Events said, “The most crucial part for any brand during the event is to match the colors with all printing and paint. Creating various sample to match the color was a continuous process.”
The F21 Noida store witnessed a substantial increase in sales in one single day deeming the event a huge success.
