India Nightlife Convention And Awards (INCA) is the country’s first ever and largest platform specifically designed to experience, celebrate and honor providers of the nightlife entertainment in India. INCA aims to bring together thousands of industry professionals from the nightlife community to discover new products, trends and strategies.
This year the two-day convention will encompass workshops and panel discussions followed by city-level and National Awards to felicitate the best in the hospitality and nightlife industry.
The celebration for INCA kicks off on September 8, 2018 as INCA unites India with a series of 8 pre-parties across Mumbai, Goa, Delhi, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Chennai.
Expanding its reach to new markets in Asia, this year, Mr. Hideyuki Yukoi – Official Night Ambassador of Shibuya City, Tokyo will mark his debut appearance at INCA 2018. As a pioneer who played an integral role in the re-inspection of Japanese National Law, which had strongly restricted Japanese night entertainment for over 25 years, at INCA he will share his views on the state of nightlife and how club-goers can be made accountable for their surroundings.

Taking a step further, Mirik Milan (Former Night Mayor of Amsterdam) and Lutz Leichsenring, (Club Commission Berlin) will be curating an innovative workshop‘30 under 30’ followed by a panel discussion where 30 young entrepreneurs embedded in the cultural and nightlife fabric of the country will have an open conversation with Industry Stalwarts like Rahul Singh, Riyaaz Amlani, Keshav Suri, Chef Vicky Ratnani and Priyank Sukhija among others sharing their vision for the future. With backgrounds as diverse as Editors, Artists, DJ’s, Chefs, Managers, Bartenders and Mixologists – this workshop is bound to bring about meaningful changes.
Speaking about the third edition of INCA being conducted in Delhi, Aman Anand, Director, INCA/ Kickstart Entertainment, remarked “INCA aims at building a cohesive coalition for the nightlife industry across India. We are not just disruptive in our vision, but also in our endeavour and our methods to bring the industry together. Of course, we do understand the integral role that social media plays in today’s largely digital world and have used it as a diving board to spread the message of INCA 2018. Platforms such as Instagram and Facebook have been utilized extensively to reach out to new talent as well as wide-spread policymakers, but that is only part of our efforts and not the sum total of it.”
Rahul Singh, Founder – The Beer Café & President – NRAI said, "India’s F&B industry has seen explosive growth in the last few years. Factors like a large youth demographic, increasing disposable income, higher exposure to international trends and changing consumer lifestyles have increased the demand for a buoyant nightlife, and this growth shows no signs of abating anytime soon. Nightlife adds personality to communities; helps bring people together and have an enormous social impact on the liveability index of a city. Through INCA, we wish to reach out to the policymakers to address concerns to make a more progressive and compliant system that boosts entrepreneurial drive for enhancing the nightlife industry."
“Nightlife is an integral part of the cultural landscape of our country, and we’re/ I am absolutely thrilled to support INCA in their endeavour to recognize and celebrate thought leadership in this space,” says Riyaaz Amlani, CEO & MD, Impresario Entertainment & Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. “Nightlife not only promotes tourism but it also plays a pivotal role in creating the cultural perception of a city or a country across the globe. It provides the push which is essential to any burgeoning city’s economy and livability index. Last but not the least, going out is a demographic agnostic and thereby highly inclusive, making it a bigger propeller for change.”
