Toast Events Creates a Sleek Modern Display Setup for Reebok Press Preview in Mumbai

Reebok is a global athletic footwear and apparel company which produces and distributes fitness, running and CrossFit sportswear. They conducted their press preview in Mumbai at Tote On The Turf, Mahalaxmi on August 17, 2018. Reebok launched their Fall Winter’18 collection which showcased collections from both of their categories “Classic” and “Performance”.
Presenting the press day to guests and media, Toast Events had the mandate to bring both the Classic and Performance themes to life. With over 50 garments to showcase, Toast Events strategically used the venue and its existing structure to create a display zone which left all the attendees awestruck.
The press day opened its doors to many respected top influencers and media. Garments from both the category were on display for the guests to touch and feel. Toast Events took care of the entire set up right from design, to fabrication and even ensuring that healthy food options are served to the guests who were attending the event.
The event was hosted by celebrity stylist Tanya Ghavri who spoke about her association with the brand and how/what she does to stay healthy and fit. Even Esha Gupta and Harshvardhan Kapoor graced the media with their presence at the event and spoke about how they keep fit and how of looking fashionably good in workout gear plays an important role.
Commenting on the event, Nikhil Shah, Client Servicing – Toast Events said, “This was the first time I had worked with the brand, and right from the start till the day of the event it has been a fun and challenging journey. The team worked endlessly around the clock to make the event a total success.”
Adding further, Nilesh Gurav, Operations said, “Tote on Turf being a versatile venue, we faced challenges on the suspended installation/ product display as we had to adapt it to the look and feel of the existing design structures of venue to ensure it blended well which the team envisioned. However, with enough meticulous planning on the time period of deliverables we achieved a really sleek and artistic display zone.”
Commenting on the event, Khyati Kotian, Creative said, “We wanted the display area of the new collection to be the focal point for the event. Therefore it was important for us to make it interesting, sleek and reflective of the brand. We used acrylic podiums of various levels to highlight the shoes. As for the apparel, the collection was suspended uniquely from an in-lit structure that we designed, perfectly complimenting the venue.”
