AFP designed and implemented the fourth consecutive Mahindra Annual Suppliers meet this July. The event was held at Grand Hyatt, Mumbai and took place on July 02, 2018.
The brief received from the client was simple and to the point - To make the event motivating. The main criteria of the event was the raise the bar as compared to previous editions and come up with a novel theme and content to engage the employees as well as the vendors who would be present for the same.
To set the wheels of aggressive marketing in motion, this year’s theme was christened as “Full Throttle Ahead”. The very name gave a sense of movement, power, and motivation - the 3 key areas which the client wanted to be highlighted for the evening.
The evening commenced with the agenda of the conference which was detailed and then, there were multiple management members and spokespersons who discussed the various aspects and the upcoming possibilities for the brand. There was also a direct discussion between the management and the suppliers orchestrated.
To unwind after the discussions, there was a special performance organised. The evening accelerated with into an exciting performance by Anita Bhatt followed by a gala dinner. Audience members were also invited on stage, helping them join in the fun and let loose. Talking about the event, Annu Anand, MD & Chief Catalyst, AFP said, "Continuing the brand association, it was a moment of pride for AFP to take ahead the relationship with the brand and to execute the event once again for Mahindra."
