Sakal Superstar Cup in Pune witnessed All Stars Football Club face VTP Realty XI at the Balewadi Stadium for social welfare on June 02, 2018. This was the first 'All Stars Football Club' match in Pune as a team but at the same time, was also a milestone for the team as they played their 15th match. Team GS Entertainment was roped in to execute the logistics and on-ground necessities for the event.

Logistically, Pune was not a tough destination for the players or Team GS. The kitting arrangements reached a day prior by GS Sports who manages All Stars Football Club. The challenge was the first rains in Pune for the team. As it was pouring on match day and a day prior, the management did face some challenges in terms of logistical and game preparations.

GS team coordinated the ground necessities, such as LED perimeters, branding, floodlight requirements, VIP area and players’ area were set up in spite of the weather challenges. Unfortunately, while it did start raining when the match was scheduled but both the teams were a sport about it and started playing while it poured. The audiences who came in strong numbers to fill the Balewadi Stadium cheered up both the sides and welcomed the rains in Pune. Just before halftime, team All Stars scored their first goal to build a lead on the scoreboard. As the match picked up and rains slowed down, the Stars’ squad scored 2 more goals.

The All Stars team led by Abhishek Bachchan did a meet and greet with the sponsors and children from the Smile Foundation to support the noble cause post-match.
