Bajaj Allianz life insurance company organised their first ever annual awards in 2018 for their employees. Corporate Events won this mandate over few other event companies from Mumbai and Pune. 

Clients had decided to take Dream.Dare.Done. as their event theme right before the Corporate Events team got their first brief. Corporate Events prepared entire theme decor concept right from entrance, PTE function area, social media connections to the main stage, awards PPT, nominations AVs to entertainment. 

Corporate Events visualised and planned the entire event flow with clients. The entire emcee scripting was done keeping in mind the experience each employee would later cherish as the first annual awards. As the approvals arrived just a week prior, it was a challenge to approve and finalise all the details for the event. 

The hit ideas which not only helped them land the event but also made it one of the most memorable events for attendees were those of the Dream Tunnel, Dare Activity and Photo Ops created to celebrate the 'Done' spirit in the pre-function area. The main set design with LED wall hanging from Truss and drop-downs throughout the ballroom with names of all achievers of the organisation also added to the charm. 

Some of the highlights of the event were the AVs made for different categories of awards, pre-function area activities connecting to main event theme. The entertainment also revolved around the theme - Dream : LED Tron dance troupe showcasing the team is future ready, Dare: Sand artist Rahul Arya showcasing the efforts put forward by all achiever’s and how they made it happen for the company through his marvellous act, Done: Senior Management performance for their employees on their company anthem - Samjho Ho Gaya.
