Legrand wished to unite all its employees across different regions in one massive online event, connecting with all and sending a message at the same time through a webcast. A For Pineapple was roped in to execute the event of a massive calibre. Titled 'Ambition 2020', the event was executed on April 20, 2018 from Holiday Inn Mumbai. AFP delivered the client’s objective by implementing audience-involvement ideas.

The campaign was designed as a common platform and was launched through a webcast to all employees across all group companies. One of the biggest challenges team AFP would have to overcome was retaining the audience's attention throughout the duration of the webcast. To achieve the goal, the messaging had to be weaved in the form of interesting content. AFP decided to take a democratic approach and package the webcast, which had live messages, panel discussions, and multiple audiovisuals to weave a seamless story. 

The Final phase of the webcast was an award ceremony.  In one of the most innovative moves, awards were given away through a LIVE webcast. The awards were the highest honour the selected individuals would receive, from among 6,000 employees and hence they were aptly termed the 'CEO AWARDS'. 

Annu Anand, Chief Catalyst & MD, A for Pineapple said, “The biggest challenge was to bring in involvement and engagement through the webcast. Webcasts are generally done to inform the audience about the new product or new launch but we used this platform to get all employees think, breath and look in one common direction. A direction, which will have common goals and behaviour across all group companies.”
