EEMAX EEMA EEMAGINEX
EEMA – the biggest association of the event industry had recently organised EEMAGINEX and the event saw participation from multiple partners - one such was HoptheQue.com, an e-ticketing platform. The association helped EEMA increase the number of delegates by 25% from last year.
HopTheQue, as the name suggests, literally translates to ‘Hop The Queue’, which implies saving one’s time by avoiding standing in the long and unorganised queues.
It aims to reduce the boring waiting time through providing E-Tickets, onsite registration booths, and reducing the overburdening pressure for organisers to get the targeted crowd for their events and mitigate the hassles for organisers and hosts of events by giving momentum to their events through various directions. It has already worked with one of the biggest and renowned events of the nation like ICWF 2017, EEMA 2017, BPA 2017, and EEMA 2018.
HopTheQue, apart from being an E-Ticket platform, is also a catalyst that triggers the success of an event, bridging the gap between the organisers and their clients and make registrations easier for the users through different aspects.
The organisers experience a different kind of partnership with HopTheQue as they not only provide E-Ticketing but also help in sponsorship management by getting them good sponsorships that are a pre-requisite for any event to be successful. Unlike the existing E-Ticketing platforms, it also provides the organisers with information of the delegates to ease their management and future associations.
Sonal Sharma, Managing Director, HoptheQue says, "The most difficult job is when you are working for perfectionists and event industry is a pool of artists and no artist is anything less than perfect. And when you see their happy faces, you know your job is done right! And that is what we aim at HoptheQue - To deliver the best to the best."
