H Energy FSRU Launch at JSW Port in Ratnagiri Executed Perfectly by Work That Works

H Energy roped in Work That Works (WtW) for the launch of the company's FSRU at the JSW Port in Jaigarh, Ratnagiri, Maharashtra. The launch event was executed on May 1, 2018 after team WtW won the pitch post the first meeting with the client. Production Crew Entertainment was brought on board by the team to do a quick recce of the venue and take measurements to scale. With barely a fortnight for the main launch, speed was of essence and the team was on its toes from day one.

The confidence for executing the launch in such a short time arose from the fact WtW had launched the JSW Port in March the previous year and were well versed with the venue and the location. As there were two events on the same day at the Port, it was a challenge as all production and technicals had to depart from Mumbai well in advance with barely a week to plan and execute. Considering the client provided all the safety guidelines of the FSRU and the guidelines to follow to work at the port well in advance, it made planning easier. Also, the client understood the restrains and let the WtW team plan the event with simple creativity, keeping in mind the time constraints they had.

The launch marked the historic moment when H Energy brought down the 1st ever FSRU into India to manufacture Natural Gas and supply this gas through pipelines to most parts of India starting with Dabhol and Mangalore in Phase I. The team decided to mark this date by creating a permanent marble plinth which was inaugurated by the Hon. Chief Minister of Maharastra Shri Devendra Fadnavis, Mr. Niranjan Hiranandani, Mr. Darshan Hiranandani, and Mr. Sajjan Jindal along with other dignitaries.

Post the inauguration, the rest of the event was then conducted at the 30,000 sq foot Hangar that was constructed and where all the guests were seated and invited for lunch and high tea.

Raga Mantra opened the event with chants and soul fusion music and continued into the Ganesh Vandana that highlighted the auspicious moment of the lamp lighting by all the dignitaries on stage. Hosts Deepti and Nitish introduced the artists and opened the event by introducing Mr. Darshan Hiranandani who then conducted the entire event on his own giving the event a personal touch.

They call me when they know the project is a challenge and either time is short or the circumstances are tough! Producing the H Energy FSRU Launch within 2 weeks was a huge kick for all of us!
