Reliance Nippon Life Insurance Company Limited (RNLIC) got done with its 5 city conference from April 4 to April 18, 2018, in different cities of India. A multi-agent e–bidding was conducted by Reliance Nippon Life Insurance Company Limited (RNLIC) to select the best agency. Corporate Events won the mandate by bidding the lowest price for event execution. The conference was organised for RNLIC's regional managers, territory managers, and branch managers from PAN Indian cities.

The event was called AOP Rollout, and its objective was to roll out business goals for FY 2018-19. Corporate events managed setup and running of the show and coordination with trainers and speakers for this event. 

It was a 2-day conference planned from morning 9 am till late evening 10 pm. Day 1 in each city started with speeches of Zonal managers. There were different training sessions planned by RNLIC's senior management and HR.

For all the cities, team building activity was planned for 2 hours through either fire-walk/glass-walk/breaking wooden plank activities which were performed to pump up and motivate all employees. Day 1 also comprised of the award ceremony for best performer followed by DJ and cocktails.

Day 2 was a full day conference with training activities to boost the performance of each zone. Corporate Events team travelled to each of the city to ensure all events were executed seamlessly.

"Biggest challenge for us was to ensure all banquets booked by clients were made available at least by early morning of event date but unfortunately all venues had weddings/events with huge sets of the previous event. Although our set design was not huge and did not have many details but, the content management was of utmost importance as they had multiple speakers with multiple PPTs/ AVs/ training modules/excel sheets/etc to be projected throughout the day. I believe it's only paying attention to small details for every event – be it big or small which brings smiles & appreciation for us each time every event.
