The lavish wedding was hosted in plush properties like The Leela Palace, Trident Oberoi, Jagmandir Palace, and Shouryagarh from April 16 to 18. The highly entertaining celebrations were put together by Raj Barmen for the Retro night, Phoolon ki Holi and traditional lunch by Sajda sisters, Heena and Sufi night by Javed Ali, Sangeet by Salim Sulaiman, Rangilo Rajasthan by Swaroop Khan, wedding by Shillong choir, and musical pheras by Hiral Garg. The moments were picturesquely captured by Badal & Raja Jain.
For the event, a dome of 200 X 180 ft was erected outside their residence. The major challenge here was to air condition the dome with 220 tons of air conditioning, which took nearly 12 days since the dates were in April which meant the temperature would be around 40 degrees on an average. And executing it efficiently was a win-win for us.
Transferring around a thousand guests to the Jagmandir Palace via many jetties was another challenge that was flawlessly executed all thanks to the entire Perfexion team. The team managed multiple venues while executing airport pickups and venue transfers all at the same time.
The pictures of this wedding are itself an evidence of how the decor was exceptional especially the passage and the dome with ice sculptures below it. Perfexion worked over months on this wedding and the biggest challenge was to give the couple’s family something different than the wedding they did 2 years ago in the same family.
The entertainment was planned differently with new and exclusive ideas for an interactive evening filled with fun. “My team has been working day and night to execute this mega wedding and all thanks to our associates for making this wedding a huge success”, said Ashish Bohra, Director, Perfexion Events.
