Vodafone India, one of India’s leading telecommunications service providers, commemorates the 70th World Health Day by setting up basic healthcare examination facility at selected Vodafone stores for customers of Jaipur. Over 200 customers across Jaipur underwent basic medical tests related to Blood, Cardiac, and Liver Health.
To digitally empower customers, Vodafone had roped in city-based healthcare App, MeraPatient for this initiative. The Health awareness initiative organised on the occasion of World Health Day continued through April 09th at select stores of the Pink City.

Speaking on the Initiative, Amit Bedi, Business Head – Rajasthan, Vodafone India said, “Vodafone follows best practices to delight its customers. We care for the Health, Safety and Well-Being of all stakeholders. As technology drives the changing customer behaviour and expectations, we at Vodafone have driven our digital transformation initiatives hard by associating with Jaipur Based MeraPatient App which facilitates customers to access their medical reports on App only, hence contributing to our evolved Happy to help philosophy for the 2018 Digital Customer. The medical tests will help our valued customers to evaluate their overall health levels and make the required lifestyle changes to build upon their strengths and address any concern areas.”
The core objective of Vodafone behind organising the Healthcare camp is to support the theme of Universal health for all by associating with city-based MeraPatient App which is an aggregator platform for chemists and diagnostics centre founded by Manish Mehta, where users can get best prices for their medicines and tests after uploading their prescription.
