Birla Gold 5 Days Incentive Tour 'Udaan' in Dubai Managed by Brandwidth Events

For 300 top Channel Partners of Birla Gold Cement, Brandwidth recently hosted a remarkable incentive tour at the city of Gold - Dubai from March 10 to 14, 2018. The tour was planned as a way of thanking and recognising the efforts of the partners and generating the feeling of inclusion and delight about being a part of the Birla Gold Family. Brandwidth took the challenge to conceptualise and execute interesting engagements starting from the invite till the end of the trip.

The uber luxurious JW Marriott Marquis was chosen as the hotel for the stay of all channel partners and the families in Dubai. Engagements like The Desert Safari and Dune bashing were planned on day 1 which concluded with a Barbeque dinner in the middle of the desert along with witnessing the mesmerising Tanura, Fire and the traditional Belly dance. 

Day 2 saw the partners enjoy Motiongate and the recently opened Bollywood Park experience which was replete with rides, entertainment and photo opportunities. Next day was another new experience with the region’s biggest Flower Garden (Miracle Garden). Interesting engagements, contests and challenges were planned throughout these 2 days to make these experiences more exciting and memorable. 

Day 3 was followed by the most miraculous night of the tour – The Night of the Stars, a grand gala to celebrate the champions of Birla Gold Cement along with recognising the efforts of the top dealers for the previous year. The night unveiled a lot of  excitement with the awards, coupled with some power packed talks given by Mr Jayant Dua, CEO, Birla Gold Cement and Mr Vibhu Goyle, CMO, Birla Gold Cement. The night became more exciting with the melodious Aditi Singh Sharma getting the crowd on their toes and with the comic talent of Rajiv Thakur. The night of the Stars was hosted by our very own Siddharth Kannan who ensured that the channel partners danced, whistled and let themselves go, to rejoice through the night. 

The next two days were dedicated to passion and speed, folding back the hard top, taking the wheel and feeling the rush of driving a Ferrari around the exclusive Ferrari world in Abu Dhabi.  

With their “Udaan” program, Birla Gold Cement has always been a part of the personal and professional growth of their channel partners; while simultaneously rewarding them for their excellence. This exclusive 5-day trip witnessed 300 partners from across the country coming together to take the Udaan to Dubai and witness an engaging exciting trip. There were also interactive sessions where the audience was required to finish an activity a day and get a chance to win exciting gifts.

Before boarding the flights, the guests also witnessed the most enticing view of Dubai from the top of the majestic Burj Khalifa.
