Tanya and Kapil celebrated their wedding in the beautiful city Jodhpur, Rajasthan. The duo met through an arranged marriage setup, and knew from the start that they wanted a destination wedding. Jodhpur was the final destination with WelcomHeritage Bal Samand Lake Palace chosen as the venue. Planned by Perfexion Events, who are known for their attention to detail and flawless execution of concepts, the wedding planners made sure that the couple’s nuptials were a hit. To capture these special moments of the couple, their families, and the guests Cupcake Productions was brought on board. 

The cocktail party was planned with a Sufi theme, lit with numerous fairy lights, candles and white flowers for the entire venue of WelcomHeritage Bal Samand Lake Palace. The ethereal set up added more to the fun-filled evening. For the mehendi, the theme chosen was Rajasthani, and the colour palette included bright hues such as hot pink, yellow, green, orange, and red. Sangeet was hosted on the same evening of the mehendi, with the couple exchanging rings and cutting the cake. It was an outdoor function with the guests' feet tapping away to Bollywood music. For the wedding, red and gold was the theme, with Rajnigandha embellished mandap. The reception was an extension of the wedding at the same venue! 

Wedding planners, Anil Bohra, Managing Director and Ashish Bohra, Director, Perfexion Events said, “Planning the wedding was extremely fun yet challenging as both the families were very much involved in the whole planning of decor/entertainment and activities. So we as planners had to make sure everything was done to perfection and as planned”.
