Pidilite Industries Conference 'Mission Possible' a Roaring Success; Executed by OnStage

OnStage Experiences LLP recently crafted an #OnStageExperience at the annual sales conference for the Construction Chemicals (CC) division of Pidilite Industries. OnStage has been a preferred events partner for sales conferences and international dealer meets for the different divisions of Pidilite over the last 4 years. The event held at JW Marriott, Hyderabad witnessed a 600 strong sales force of the Dr. Fixit and Roff brands live and experience the theme of 'Mission Possible' during the 3 days of the conference from February 15 to 17, 2018.

With Pidilite’s CC division having aggressive plans for their future growth, the client and OnStage jointly finalised on the theme of ‘Mission Possible’, with a complete military boot camp treatment to the conference. The objective was to get the Sales team inspired and invigorated. Right from the invite, which was designed and executed like a short film, where the mission control headquarters called on the sales troops to be part of the Mission (Sales Conference) in Hyderabad, to the military march entry that every sales team planned and executed during the opening of the conference; all of it brought the theme to life.

The stage and venue construction, the theme song for the conference, the visual content that was created as part of the business presentations - all complimented the theme, giving the conference a complete martial look and feel.

Apart from the business agenda, the conference also included some fun elements around the theme and had an awards night aptly titled the ‘Gallantry Awards’ and a talent show night – called the ‘Talent Wars’ followed by a gala evening.
